Size/shape:  Approximately 2mm (thick) x 4mm (wide) rondelles (disk-shaped beads) with the hole through the center.

Colors/description:  Translucent light teal (greenish aqua).
 
Hole size:  1mm (estimated).

Defects:  An occasional bead may be malformed, which is common with very small beads.

How photographed:  Between two daylight-balanced lamps.

Comments:  I call these beads "teal" but you might think they are just aqua.  I took fresh photographs of these beads in February, 2016.  IMPORTANT:  I have some old stock of these beads that is slightly lighter than the new stock.  The pictures show the newer, darker beads.  The newer beads are also very slightly greener than the older beads.  The newer beads, being slightly darker, have a richer color.
