Clear beads with a synthetic blue, green and yellow coating. One end of each bead is blue and the other end is yellow, and in the middle those colors mix into green. |

The synthetic coating on these beads is harder than the synthetic coating found on glass pearls, and I suspect it will last longer. Also, I've had these beads for quite a few years, and there is no evidence that the blue in the coating is fading (as happens with pearls). Important: Some beads have more blue in them than others, and in my opinion those beads look a little better (those are the beads pictured). Unless you send me a note with your order, you could end up with beads from either batch. |
