Size/shape:  2mm (thick) x 4mm (wide) disk-shaped beads, with the hole through the middle.

Colors/description:  A mixture of clear glass and maroon red (it's hard to tell if the maroon is clear or opaque).
 
Hole size:  1mm (estimated).

Defects:  The beads appear to be in good shape, although very small beads are prone to malformations (meaning that an occasional bead may be malformed).

How photographed:  At the window in natural daylight.

Comments:  I like these unusual beads, but they haven't been popular.  They are a little darker than the picture indicates.
