Size/shape:  3mm (thick) x 7mm (wide) flat flowers with the hole through the center.

Colors/description:  The dark brown iris coating contains an array of colors:  dark brown, dark purple, dark blue, olive green -- all under a luster coating.  The overall effect is somewhat metallic.  Around the holes (in the center of each flower), the coating looks a little silvery.
 
Hole size:  1mm (estimated).

Defects:  The beads appear to be in good shape.

How photographed:  At the window in natural daylight.

Comments:  I am calling these "spacer" beads because they are fairly small, but also because they look best from the sides (in my opinion).  I could also call them flower-shaped rondels.
