IMPORTANT: These are what I call "chameleon" beads because they change their shade depending on the light source. They appear like a dark fire-engine red when viewed in daylight (at a window), slightly darker under LED lights, and maroon (very dark red) when viewed under fluorescent lights. I have posted two pictures, one dark and one light. In direct sunlight, I suspect that these beads are a bright red. The difference between these beads and the G1010 beads is that these are more opaque. The G1010 beads look slightly translucent, and they also have more of the color of dark blood. I tend to see the G1010 beads as being "deeper" and having slightly more character, while these beads are more two-dimensional. |
