On my LCD monitor, the red color in these beads looks to be more fire-engine red than opaque ruby red. Truthfully, I don't know if the inaccuracy is due to my camera or my monitor (probably my monitor). Since you too probably have an LCD monitor, the red may not be accurate on your monitor either. It is an opaque ruby red, not a fire-engine red. Regarding my picture, I think it made the beads look more attractive than they really are. That's partly because my picture is a close-up, and so it makes the details in the beads more obvious. The actual beads are fairly dark and somewhat dull, a little more-so than my picture indicates. |
