Size/shape:

12mm (long) x 8mm (wide) x 4mm (thick) flat rectangles with polishes sides or "windows".

Colors/description:

Translucent yellow glass with loose swirls of opaque yellow, plus a mottled brown coating around the edges; the sides or "windows" of the beads are hand-polished.

Defects:

Because these are expensive beads, I examine them individually and eliminate seriously defective beads (such as beads with cracks or large pits or partially polished windows) before shipping.  However, small pits and short, shallow scratches are not counted as defects.  With some beads, the picasso coating got into the holes and made the holes black – I don't count those as defective.

Important:  The latest batch of these beads looks more chartreuse than yellow (in other worse, there is a green tint to the yellow).  The original batch is shown in the picture.
