Defects:  I haven't noticed any significant defects.  However, fire-polished beads always have some imperfect facets.

How photographed:  At the window in natural daylight.

Comments:  This is a very rich blue, deeper and richer than the F077 blue opalescent beads.  However, the shade seems to change depending on the light source.  In the daylight-balanced fluorescent light that I use at night, they look more like a Wedgewood blue.  In daylight, they look more like the picture.
