4x6mm Beige Striped Faceted Rondelle Beads [50]
Style: | F605 |
Beads per lot: | 50 |
Cost per bead: | 8.4 cents |
Bead material: | Glass |
Country of origin: | Czech Republic |
Size/shape: |
4mm (thick) x 6.5mm (wide) faceted rondelles. Rondelles are disk-shaped or tire-shaped beads (wider than they are long) with the hole through the center. |
Colors/description: |
Beige (opaque tan or light brown) with dark-brown stripes. |
Hole size: | 1mm (estimated). |
Defects: | I noticed that a few beads have chips around the holes; but the holes will be pressed up against other beads, so I don't think that's a problem. Also fire-polished beads always have some imperfect facets. |
How photographed: | At the window in natural daylight. |
Comments: |
My picture isn't the best because I photographed the beads all lying on their holes. I should have strung some of them onto strands or pins so that you could see them from the side (sorry). The supplier calls these 4mm x 7mm beads, but I found that they are usually 6.5mm wide, and sometimes only 6mm wide. The beads are a little expensive because the supplier was charging a lot. |
