7mm (thick) x 11mm (wide) faceted rondelles (rondelles are round beads which are wider than they are long). This shape is called the "gemstone" shape by many other sellers. |

A mixture of translucent colors (ruby red, cobalt blue, light aqua, peridot green, amethyst purple, brown, tan) with a grayish green-blue "picasso" coating on the smooth portions of the beads around the holes. |
Hole size: | 1mm (estimated). |
Defects: | I haven't noticed any significant defects. However, fire-polished beads always have some imperfect facets. |
How photographed: | At the window in natural daylight. |
Comments: |
These beads are similar to the F577 beads, which have been very popular. However, the mix of colors is slightly different, the picasso coating is a different shade, and, of course, these beads are larger. 11mm "gemstone" beads are always expensive, and so are these. Important: The proportion of colors changes from one strand to the next; you may get more of one color than other colors. The tan beads are depicted in the picture as being lighter than they are. In actuality, they look to be light brown. I got the last of these beads from the supplier, so I won't be able to restock them. |
