glass |
|
Country of
origin: |
Czech Republic |
|
Size/shape: |
9mm snail-shaped (9mm hole to hole, 8mm
side to side, about 5mm thick). |
|
Colors/description: |
I believe that these are beige beads
with a brown picasso (mottled) coating (the coating is probably not fired onto the beads, but it should be
durable). In the grooves of the snail-pattern is a deep pink color. |
|
Hole size: |
1mm (estimated). |
|
Defects: |
The beads appear to be in good shape. |
|
How photographed: |
At the window in natural daylight. |
|
Comments: |
What I find curious about these beads is
the pink color in the grooves. I don't know how the manufacturer did that! Please note that in
very bright light, the beads look lighter and more yellow, like a mustard brown. |
