Item no.: |
G1413 |
|
Bead
material: |
glass |
|
Country of
origin: |
Czech Republic |
|
Size/shape: |
6mm and 8mm round (i.e., spherical). |
|
Colors/description: |
Glass beads (probably white) with a
synthetic coating of light turquoise mixed with swirls of black. |
|
Hole size: |
1mm (estimated). |
|
Defects: |
The coating on coated Czech coated beads is fairly thin, and I don't know how durable it will be.
Inevitably, a few beads will be missing their coating around
one of the holes (a common defect). A few beads may also have some anomalies in the
coating, such as bumps, indentations or a bit of dirt. I have written a special page about glass pearls
and other coated beads; please click
here to read it. |
|
How photographed: |
At the window in natural daylight. |
|
Comments: |
I already carry turquoise marble beads
in a much darker color, but I like this lighter color. Please note that the difference in size between the
6mm and 8mm beads is greater than I've indicated in the pictures. The 6mm beads should be a little smaller. |
