Bead
material: |
glass |
|
Country of
origin: |
Czech Republic |
|
Size/shape: |
12mm-long ovals with 3 flat sides,
making the beads look triangular when looked at from the hole end. |
|
Colors/description: |
Clear glass with an inner core of satiny
pink; there is a black spiral stripe surrounding the pink core. |
|
Defects: |
The beads appear to be in good shape.
All the beads may not be exactly the same size. My calipers were misplaced during my move, and I can't tell
you what the lengths are for the smallest and largest beads. |
|
How photographed: |
At the window in natural daylight. |
|
Comments: |
These are hand-made lampwork beads.
The pictures right out of the camera made the beads look red, and it took many adjustments to get the beads to
look pink. The actual beads are a slightly lighter pink than the picture shows, and, in my opinion, look
better than the picture indicates. |
