Important:
All of the cubes below have a nominal measurement of 4mm, but most are 3.5mm (they are 4mm
from corner to corner, not hole to hole -- a little trick the Czech manufacturers use).  Also, not
all of the cubes are perfectly symmetrical; some are a little narrower than they are long
(the length being the distance from hole to hole).
